I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Miami, FL) in Mar 2012
Interview
I was hired through an agency. He sat me down and start letting me take a quiz on blood draws. Real easy if you know what you are doing. It took me about 30 mins. Then the interviewer check out my answer with his answer key. If you pass the quiz he or she will ask what do you know what quest. bla bla bla bla. Then he or she will check out your resume once again and will let you know the position and how much they will offer.

Question 1
Easy all they ask for a resume and ask if you can draw blood.
Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics
Interview
Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics in Mar 2025
Interview
Attended an open house at one of their branch locations in my local community. As soon as I arrived I was told there were no openings in that branch and the only openings were quite a distance away. I felt misled. The only reason I went to the open house was because that office was within a reasonable driving distance. They should have specified where they were recruiting for. I met with two managers who told me to apply online. What a waste of time it was to go to the open house.
