The interview was panel-style with no forewarning or prior info. It was the worst interview experience of my life. They asked me why so many people were leaving my current job at the time and if that company was laying people off, as if someone doesn't have the common sense not to bash a company to another company they're interviewing for. The lab director was very rude and snarky when I proceeded to ask questions about the company at the end of my interview. He stated " wow who's interviewing who", which was very dismissive and disrespectful, and indicative of the working environment—hard pass.
