Had a phone interview with a recruiter and then proceeded with automated call. They will email you once the hiring manager is interested and then will contact you to set up an interview. Once the interview is completed then the recruiter will email you whether or not you have received the position.

Easy common HR questions , must be able to demonstrate hands on draw. difficult to set up an interview, they do not work with your schedule unfortunately a red flag.
