I applied online. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics in Feb 2020
Interview
I was on the phone for about 25 minutes for an interview. The interviewer went offer the detailed of the position with me, then asked if I was interested before proceeding with some standard interview questions. About half of the questions were logistical things, a lot of the questions were things that all nurses should be able to answer, and then the rest of the questions were typical questions about teamwork and "what if" scenarios. I was offered the position on the spot.

Question 1
Walk me through how you check a finger stick blood glucose.
The online posting falsely describes the position. They say they are hiring an 'Immunization Nurse' but really they want you to drive to places to hold health presentations and check peoples glucose and vitals.

Interview
Very brief, phone interview that was scheduled via email. The woman I talked to was very nice and responsive. Lasted maybe 20 minutes overall, and the woman gathered some personal information and asked a few easy questions all nurses should know.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Columbia, MD) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a short telephone interview. We basically went over what type of testing would be done at the events and if I knew how to perform the tests. Also asking if I knew what advice to give if, for example, their cholesterol was high or low.
