Very relaxed Walk through the lab, and asked questions about the past experience and skills. Nice people, they will not stress you. Very quick, and the hiring time period was very fast. All the HR work was done online.

Interview process was pretty easy, it began with a phone call and a couple email exchanges, next a visit to the company site. A short 45min overview of job roles and expectations as well as various background checks.

Applied online (typical process and verification), then was invited to an in-person interview with the department supervisors. Very transparent and enthusiastic. Asked the typical questions about experience and expectations. Were very thorough with explaining the training process, benefits, etc.

What is your 5 year plan? Do you see yourself still working with the same company that far into the future?
Simple questions not even related to the job. Primarily personality overviews, as the will train you 100%. The process lasted for about 20 minutes. Then I was shown around the lab.
