Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (La Palma, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
They scheduled me for a phone interview. It was about 15 minutes long. Their concern is pretty much based on customer service and how you deal with people. Got an email from the hiring supervisor to come in for and interview. I went in to the interview confident but nervous. I was interviewed by 2 people. The interview was professional yet laxed. The next day I got the job offer and I accepted it. After that was the back round and drug screen. Good luck.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my work experience, how long I've been a phlebotomist, if I liked to draw blood, how my computer skills are, how I am with the 10 key, if I knew how to draw blood, if I was flexible with my hours and willing to work at least one Saturday a month, and if I was willing to go to different locations.

Interview
Very informative and kind in the interview. They were very helpful in answering questions and I felt like they were genuinely caring about my answers. I was able to speak freely and they were able to answer my questions about their processes.

Interview
Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.
