Pretty straight forward. Give relatable context. For example, back then I used to mention how I was a student who came from a marginalized community and all I need was an additional layer of support from someone in school

The interview process did take a little long from meeting with the recruiter to another recruiter to my boss and then the division executive. I believe I waited about a week in between each interview but the interview was pretty straight forward, included a lot of situational questions, and provided a good overview of the role.
