My final interview experience involved a behavioral assessment. Discussion: We discussed my interest in the company and my research into their background and operations. Overall Impression: During the interview, the interviewer questioned the depth of my research into the company's background and operations, asking with a skeptical tone, "Did you really look into this?" This made me feel that my efforts to understand the company were not fully recognized. I believe that while thorough questioning is important, a more supportive and respectful communication style, especially in a final interview, could significantly improve the candidate's experience and perception of the company.
