Quantexa’s interview process for a Product Manager role was logical and transparent from start to finish. The experience was well-structured, with each interviewer balancing technical competencies with a genuine effort to get to know me as a person.
The process consisted of 4 stages:
1. Recruiter Screening Call.
2. Hiring Manager Interview.
3. Case Study Presentation & Q&A.
4. Head of Department Interview.
Jonathan Holmes from the Talent Team was my primary contact and was excellent throughout. I was provided with comprehensive context and preparation materials before every stage.
