Quantal AI interview questions

I interviewed with this company and completed all interview rounds. After the interview, I followed up multiple times over a period of more than three weeks to ask about my application status. Each time, I was told that I would receive an update soon. Unfortunately, after that, my calls were not answered and my messages received no response. I completely understand if I was not selected for the role, but I believe candidates deserve a clear and timely update regarding the outcome of their interviews. The interview process itself was positive, but the lack of communication afterward was disappointing and unprofessional. A simple confirmation, whether positive or negative, would have been appreciated. I hope the company improves its candidate communication process in the future. Please don't join this company if this company is doing this before joining the company then think what they can do after you join them.poor professionalism and management .
