Reached out by recruiter. 4 steps in total, 3 were in Japanese and final was in English. The process was very smooth and professional. All the interviewers gave a very good impression. Process was stopped at final because of hiring freeze.

In total, there was six interviews. The first was a phone recruiter. The second was with the head of the team. The third was with a member of the team. The fourth and fifth were behavioral assessments. The sixth was with a member of HR.

Was reached out by a recruiter who scheduled an initial call. Then had a 2nd case based interview with a current manager. 3rd interview was behavior and case based with another manager. 4th and final interview was 3hr interview with different members of the team in 30 minute increments. Overall process took 3-4 weeks and went very smoothly.
