I had a phone pre-screening interview, and then went in-person (two weeks later because I was out of town). I took a tour of the building and was interviewed in two stages with a total of three people. They asked a lot of interesting questions, so it felt more like a discussion. They were also very interested in getting to know me as a person. They look for a very diverse culture in the workplace, it seems. Everyone was very friendly, and it was probably the most fun I've ever had in a job interview. They called me the Monday after with an offer.
