      I went through 5 rounds of interviews. All by phone, except for the last round, which was in their office. I had a good experience with interviewers, but was a bit disappointed that they wouldn't give feedback at the end of the process.

      Interviewed for Sydney, CSM/CSMAssociate role. Went through 3 rounds. First round: With the recruiter, very lovely and asked standard questions Second round: With a senior team member. This interview went well and they said with my experience, I'd be more aligned to the CSM (not assoc.) role. Third round: With the manager, in-person. He was 20 mins late to collect me from the lobby before the interview started. He explained to me that the role has now changed and they're looking for someone technical. Within 15 mins of the interview, he told me I was not a right fit due to the role change. Going from being told I would suit better to a senior role to then being rejected on the spot in an in-person interview was brutal. They really made my come in for an interview for a job that didn't exist. Truly dodged a bullet, good riddance.
