I was contacted by one of the recruiters through LinkedIn. After the initial phone interview, I was invited to onsite interview in Provo. The first onsite interview was with 5 different managers and head of departments. Except for one technical database interview, rest of the interview mainly consisted of behavioral questions. I could tell they were really trying to get to know me as a person as well as my background and cultural fit. I was invited for the second round of interview after a week. The second round of interview was very similar to the first one and it was with managers from few different departments.
I genuinely enjoyed interviewing at Qualtrics. Everyone was very friendly and there wasn't any gotcha type of question. I was offered the position week after the second onsite interview. I had to turn down the offer due to my current personal situation but I will definitely apply again in future. It looks like a great company to work for and quality of people working there is amazing, ex-employees from companies such as google, yahoo,adobe etc.
