I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Mar 2016
Interview
1 : Recruiter Screening, 2 : Technical Phone Interview, 3 : 4 - 1 hr rounds of technical interviews.
The in-person interviewers are nice enough, but a few of the folks I met maintained an aura of superiority. One of the interviewers grilled me, seriously grilled me, on if I was even an eligible candidate due to an NDA even after I told him it was a non-issue. I thought when I went in to the interview that I would be proving that I was technically capable and talking about my experience, but I got pulled sideways by an obvious microaggression. This wasted time that could have gone towards the coding portion of his hour. Anyways, I do believe he made up his mind before we even spoke. I also believe individual interviewers all cast a vote and you need them to vote unanimously or your not considered.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Provided a node of a graph write a method that returns true if you can go from a src node to a destination node in x hops. The edges are directional and there maybe 0-many edge from 1 node to another. I.e. I may have the following edges a->b, a->b, b->c, c->a (so there are two edges from a-b). Problem can I go from a to b in 4 hops?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.
1. Chat with recruiter
2. Chat with hiring manager (behavioral questions)
3. Coding Question on hacker rank
4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. How did you handle it?
Started with a Recruiter screen - overview about company
ML Knowledge - basics of LLMs and your relevant projects
LeetCode - two basic easy and med leetcode problems
Takes a long time to hear back after each round - better to reach out after each round to ask about next steps.
First step is recriuter screen. Then 45 min technical with a software engineer, final round is 90 min technical and 30 min behavioral. They will have you schedule them on a web service called goodtime. Interviewer was very friendly.
