Interview was easygoing and informal. However, the recruiter mentioned bonuses/salary raises after a period but said the company would not put that in writing.
Why mention it, then?
Better to under promise and over-achieve. As a follow-up to the interview I sent the recruiter several questions of my own. Ranging from the percentage of employees who receive yearly raises to opportunities for growth within the company; diversity and whether/where the recruiter saw herself in a few years. Still with Qualitest?
There was no response at all. Almost a month later I reach out again (I did say I was in no rush) and still, radio silence from her.
I'm surprised Google would associate itself with a company like this.
Complete and utter lack of professionalism.
It's telling when recruiters want to reel you in with promises of raises but they won't put it in writing. Or even respond to an email- let alone answer any substantial questions about their own company.
Absolutely underwhelmed.
