They basically ask if you want the job as they are desperate. There is not a real process. They are not to be trusted . I made the sad mistake of working for them. It was hell

Smooth, no problems whatsoever, they seemed to know what they are talking about. I didn't have any problems with syed and the other people that I spoke to. There were no issues with it because they seemed to know exactly what they were talking about.
