I interviewed with these folks for a IT position a few years back. The IT Manager really cool guy had great discussion about my over all experience. But when the 2nd interview with the owner came around, the owner was judgemental of my many IT contract positions. I explained how IT contracts work, you're going to bounce around until you land a permanent position. He still didn't get it, thinking I was job jumping or getting fired from every job. It was a complete turn off and I shut down the rest of the interview. I just glad I didn't get the position can't imagine working for someone like that on a regular basis.
