Interview
2 conversations with the CTO and CEO, both of which seemingly went ok. CTO chat was final stage.
However, following the conversations, there was radio silence for a good week, followed by a rejection email from the CTO telling me he was concerned about some of my methods.
To get an email rejection at final stage questioning my methods after nothing was mentioned during our interview was a bit of a shock.
I naturally replied to ask why he felt the way he did but no reply. Poor experience to what is a promising company.

Sourcing methods, how would you work on the branding aspect?
We believe that frank feedback is the most useful for candidates, and we try to be as clear as possible in our rejection emails.
