The interview process was short. After the initial phone screening, the hiring manager invited me to come for an on-site interview in San Diego, CA. HR was very prompt to set up all the necessaries. During on-site, 4 people interviewed me. One of them took me to lunch and had a light conversation about my job role and current responsibilities. The other three were purely technical. I liked the first interview where the interviewer as an Analog Engineer asked my all conceptual questions. The other two were mediocre questionnaires. I hated the approach taken by the last interviewers. It seems he is kind of mood to humiliate me. The last two interviewers did not have an Engineering degree and they were there to interview someone who has an MS with 6 years of experience! The asked me to solve a LVS problem in Calibre. I had no clue about the circuit and it was a real product. And, the LVS settings were quite different than what I am used to.
