Interview
Couple question and in-and-out in about 15 minutes. It was the HR head and then I later met with a few contract managers and a head contractor on the job site via phone. Was called a month later asking if I could meet at the job site in Alexandria which I did.

Interview
Very easy going and hassle free. First interview / screening was over the phone with HR. Second interview was in person with two managers at their main building. The waiting period was not too long either and they were very responsive throughout the entire process.

Question 1
When I interviewed I was a recent graduate, therefore we went over my experiences with internships and opportunities given through the courses I took at school. They asked how I knew about the company. And why did I want to work with them.
The interviews lasted a week or two. I met with two individuals who spoke about their experience. We spoke about my future goals, past experiences, and what were my plans with the company and what I could bring to the table.
