Interview
I was recruited by several employees including the three main principals, so the hiring and interview process for me was not that difficult. Other applicants needed to present technical writing samples as well as information which indicated that they knew certain Texas environmental laws. All in all the process seamed to be quick and reasonable.

Question 1
The most difficult question was one concerning the Texas VCP program and the reporting limits of certain petroleum hydrocarbons. The most unexpected question was where to eat lunch.
