Qonto interview questions

A friendly exploratory interview with a Qonto recruiter/HR person. She decided to bring up salaries fairly early and we decided to stop at that point as the maximum available salary for the position was below my current one. Perfectly reasonable - nobody wastes time. (So interpret "Interview difficulty" with that in mind.)

The interview process was a very positive experience overall. Although it involves several steps and requires a significant time investment, I believe each stage is necessary and thoughtfully designed to properly assess candidates. The process felt well-structured, relevant, and aligned with the role, making it clear that Qonto puts care into selecting the right candidate while also giving applicants a good understanding of the team and position.
