Random, not coordinated, erratic...leading to an interview of the same. Started out applying online. They wanted to meet right away, but couldn't make the DA,Y they had open, then nothing... for 3 months, finally set up an interview; but then got a call the day before from secretary at HQ about setting up an interview...panicked they hadn't written it down...so just showed up as originally planed and the person was there.
