Qmarkets interview questions

Had an initial 1 on 1 interview with a high level manager (He was a bit distant). Looked like there's a match between what I was looking for and the position offered. Got a home assignment which required me to learn a new framework. They estimated it will take about 5 hours to complete, but that turned out to be very, very far from being realistic (even if no learning was required). I spent over 10 hours and submitted a partial yet working solution. After a week (3 working days) got a generic decline email with no reference to the home assignment at all.
