First was a short phone interview with hr. They let me know immediately they wanted to go ahead with an in person interview which we scheduled. This interview consisted of typical hr questions as well as information about the company, benefits etc for about an hour, after which I met with the hiring manager for another hour. A few days afterwards I was given a technical test to complete at home and present at a final interview.
