I applied and sent the hiring manager a message via LinkedIn and she never responded. A recruiter from an agency called me and scheduled me for an interview and wanted to see what I looked like first and asked if she could face time me (weird). I agreed and she scheduled my interview. After reading reviews I was reluctant to attend the interview but because I was so close to the location I went anyway. Based on my interaction w/ the interview (hiring supervisor) I would have declined if offered.
