I was contacted by an HR representative from an outsourcing company called iSON Xperiences and was informed that the interview would be formal. I attended the interview as scheduled.
However, during the interview, I felt that I was not given enough opportunity to properly present my skills or fully answer the questions. The interviewer seemed to have a preconceived intention to reject rather than fairly evaluate my profile.
Additionally, one of the questions was asked in a somewhat sarcastic or dismissive tone. Despite that, I responded clearly and provided a proper answer. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or objective.
