I went to open day in Jakarta, Indonesia
There were about 1000+.
They asked me about my language ability.
Since I only got less than 5 minutes for own interview time,
that was too short to show up myself.

Another person to person interview, orientation.

A candidate should participate an open day. You should prepare and bring your own resume to show it to recruiters. There were a bunch of groups waiting for their turns.
