Never experienced such unprofessional lack of communication and respect for the recruitment process. No feedback and no response to queries, total silence (This after 3 rounds of screening, 1. phone interview 2. in person manager interview + presentation and 3. vp level discussion). Have to say that the employer brand in my eyes is close to zero after the time invested and the result which ended up being just a question mark "?". It's more than fine if the prospect and the employer don't find common ground, but after using several hours of your time in a process that ends with more questions than answers, leaves you wondering about the corporate culture and communication within. :)
