Interview
This was the first stage of the interview process. A time and date was set for the next day in which was a phone interview to discuss the role, the company and my experience.
3 weeks later I still haven't received a follow up call/email on the feedback from my 2nd interview.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your previous role you were in.
Quick interview process- heard back almost immediately from HR, who was excellent in communicating updates throughout the process. Had to take a placement exam and go through the standard processes (background check, drug test, etc).

Interview
The interview was formal, situational questions. There were set questions that they had to ask and I found them to be quite repetitive and lots of the answers I had previously given could have related to the next question. Even the interviewer said we can skip a few as I had already covered a lot of it. HR were very unorganised and missed setting tasks to some of the other candidates therefore I did not get to talk through the SWOT analysis I had written.
