QUANTEAM Python Developer interview questions

Had a recruiter reach out to me about an open position they had which is a long-term contract. They thought I would be a good fit for the role and I did a 30 minute technical Python multiple choice quiz and an initial phone screening. I then interviewed with the head of the North America team. He then proceeded to tell me next steps is to present my profile to the client and move on with the interview with them. I then had to reformat my resume to their resume format and and never heard back from them.
