I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at QTS (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Call with recruiter and then hiring manager. Conversation with recruiter was pleasant. Conversation with hiring manager was the most awkward conversation I've ever had. Seems like I understood what the company was trying to do but the hiring manager had no clue. I gave my opinion on what should be done but seems like they want a "yes sir" employee.
There was another comment someone made about leadership not knowing what they were doing. I guess they meant Management and not upper leadership.
I applied online. I interviewed at QTS (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Very casual interviewing process, which is very common for a growing company.
As with any growing company, thinking outside the box to solve a problem is critical.
If you can show that you are hungry, can work in an unstructured environment, and can solve problems, there's a very strong chance that you'll be hired.
