I had a telephone interview. Then a Skype interview. Then another telephone interview. The interview process differs from department to department. There is no standardization in the recruitment process. I was lucky to get a few interviews, meanwhile others get a panel.

Technical questions. Be prepared to answer how you calculate basic things like gross profit, or if the position requires Excel skills, be prepared to do a short test on how well you know how to use Excel functions.

It was recommendation from referrals then my CV was shortlisted i had a Conference interview followed with Panel interiew went through assessment center then they gave an offer after discussion role was approved

I applied online and was intervied through skype and hired online the intervied determined the experince i have and my capability to work in another enviroment after the interview i was hired and joined the company
