Shortly after sending my CV, I got a reponse with more details about the job. I had to answer a few questions and then pass a short test. Then, they asked for a video conference call.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at QLOC (Warsaw, Masovia) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of 2 parts.
1st part was a task to describe 2 screenshots from different games. Few sentances per picture.
2nd part was held in a Teams call. First task was to explain video game bugs on 3 different pictures. Then shortly describe each picture. 2 pictures could be described verbally, however the last picture short description must be desrcibe textually. And then you have to decide what is the priority of these bugs. This part was fully in english.
Finally, teamleader will ask you about your experience and games that you have played.

Question 1
Describe in 5 sentances each of 2 shown screenshots from games.
Describe in a short sentance visible bug on a screenshot in english. You will be provided with 3 screenshots.
Last screenshot must be described in a textual form.
Finally, you need to order those bugs based on how problematic is the bug (lets say from critical to least problematic ).
