A phone screen an online assessment, and a video chat followed by an in person interview. The in person interview and video chat included logic puzzle type questions which the interviewers didn't fully understand.

The first step was an online assessment. I then was called for a phone interview and after a video interview. The phone interview was basic tell me about yourself questions, and the video interview consisted of answering two logic questions. Finally was an on site interview, which consisted of five more logic problems, and a couple personal questions about education and experience. During the entire process, qgenda was excellent with communication. I felt I did well on every step of the way. However I never heard back from qgenda after the final interview, even after sending two separate follow up emails. I was disappointed since the communication had been so well up to that point.
