I was contacted by the hiring manager after meeting them at a job fair. The overall process was smooth. After having an informal one on one Skype interview with the hiring manager, I had another panel interview with the entire team where I was asked technical questions about my skills and experience. It did take a few weeks for HR to reach out after the last interview, but I was eventually given an offer and negotiated my salary.
