Very messy. You apply for the job role and then receive a call if they decide to progress your application, but once you have had the initial interview you don’t hear back unless you chase. Then, you get invited to do a task and present it during the second interview, which takes a lot of time. Following the second interview, I didn’t hear back for over a week despite chasing, only to be told the job was no longer available
