The first round was a virtual screen over Teams with an HR person.
The second round was a virtual Teams meeting with the VP of M&A of the group.

The HR screen was mainly just about experience, why you are interested in the role, and salary expectations.
The 2nd round involved more M&A and software company specific questions.
