I applied online. I interviewed at Pyramid Management Group (Albany, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
Spoke with two managers for different regions and both seemed like great people. They seemed to be more judging personal drive and traits rather than subject knowledge. No real complaints with the process and it was very conversational.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Fairly basic interview with general questions more geared towards personality and drive.
The person I interviewed with was incredibly rude and condescending. They advertise the position as an entry level developmental position but I felt criticized for not having any experience. And he would just stare at me in an awkward silence. I was tempted to just walk out of the interview because I had no interest in possibly working for him. Didn't get an offer (not that it mattered) and didn't even get a rejection notice.

Question 1
What other properties do they own? What are the other major property groups?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pyramid Management Group (Syracuse, NY) in Apr 2011
Interview
Shotgun style - you'll never know who you interview with because it's whoever is available that day.

Question 1
Questions are all behavioral because they know they'll need to teach you the technical pieces of the job. They're looking for people who work well in a social setting, can manage high expectations and time commitments, and make money for the company.
