Phone followed by a F2F. There was a manager who did not even know the basics of Recruitment. next question was - How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

Why you left the previous organization. While they were quite desperate to hire me and was calling me 4-5 times in day.
Smooth interview process. The interviewer was police and supportive. The managers were really good. Ocera nice experience.
I hope I will receive the offer soon. The recruiter is prompt and will respond to all your queries on time.

Thorough communication throughout the entire process. Very easy application and onboarding paperwork. The interview was informal. We discussed passions and experience. It wasn't too technical. Great get-to-know you meeting. Good experience overall.
