I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process overall wasn't difficult. There are three rounds. The first was a phone interview with the recruiter that went over your resume and asked to explain about each experience. The second round was another phone interview but this time with a manager. The question were mainly behavior questions that were focused on relationships, business acumen, technical capabilities, global acumen, and whole leadership. The third and final round consisted of an in-office visit. The office visit is an all day event where you will have two interviews with other managers, a lunch with associates. and finally an interview with a partner. The first manager I interviewed with was more so on the technical side, asking questions about database diagrams. The second manager was more behavior questions. The interview with the partner was more simple. He mainly asked questions about what my goals were and what my plans were in the company.

Tell me about a time there was a conflict within your team. How did you handle the situation?
It was an okay interview session, in which it lasted for an hour. Mostly panels will ask about yourself so that they can better understand you as a person. There were only two panels which consist of Senior Manager and a Manager.
HR is really nice and 2 interviews (2 with manager and another with 1 director). Verbal offer and then written offer. Full pay on probation. Nice boss and team member. Hybrid mode
