An agent called me an told me of the vacancy. we did telephonic interview. in about two weeks I was shortlisted and had interview with the senior manager for the department. after a week I did psychometric testing and then verification checks for criminal records etc.
the interviewe process took about two months. all interviews were relaxed and conducted by friendly professional people.
in interview with senior manager I was asked the normal questions like what my goals are in next few years and why did I choose tax.
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
