Interview
Initial phone screening by P&C - about 20 min - if all OK will move to face to face coffee chat that covers basics of experience and basics of the role. If OK move to Case Study with Peer and Senior Manager. Has 2 days to prepare case study and present back.

What experience do you have? What frameworks would you use? How would you manage Risk? How would you help the client decide what course to take?
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
