The process is good, the interviewees are nice and supportive. It's more on the informal side. They asked about your capabilities and what you can offer. The interview lasted for about 15mins

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel
