I have been interviewed for salesforce senior manager position.
First round was Manager round and it went well and I got positive feedback
My second round was director round and they scheduled this after a week and as this director was occupied they cancelled it just 5 mins before
Again I had to wait one more week for this
Finally I had discussion with Director. It was only for 15 mins. This director asked me about my self where in I mentioned on what I worked and my learning’s too. I clearly mentioned that I had upskilled myself on commerce cloud and then she said she wanted me to have a discussion with one more director who is having expertise on commerce cloud.
After 2 days I had third round with this commerce cloud director. I clearly mentioned what I exactly know and told that I don’t have much expertise on this. She was fine.
After 20 days they came back and said I have not been shortlisted since I don’t have commerce cloud experience
The position for lightning experience and they have rejected giving this reason which is totally irrelevant
Moreover we have to follow up continuously with the HR for this feedback
I seriously don’t understand how this kind of directors who are confused in recruiting people are working for Big 4 companies
This is the worst experience ever in my career
Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
