The interview process was fine. The recruiter seemed nice, but the selection process before the interview seemed to work on a random basis as some of my peers did not get through the first stage whilst having almost the same performance records
1. Apt test, easy
2. Group interview with around 16 people divided into two groups. Self intro as per usual, and then a debate session about a topic not necessarily related to business

Very simple and they lay it out for you with the times and how many people you interview with. Very nice people you interview with and not intimidating very welcoming and nice.
