It was a largely behavioral interview- there was no case work or anything of that sort. Interviewers were really friendly and accommodating, make sure to check your technology and software before the interview begins.

First, a phone screen with a hiring specialist. They sent a link to complete an online assessment of logical thinking and advance English language skills. Once i had passed this assessment I was invited to an interview. The interview was 3 hours long starting with an overview of the company, followed by an interview with two associates, an interview with a manager and a scenario exercise.
