Superday process consists of introduction, case analysis, group presentation, mingle and one to one interview with partner. The case is related to luxury brand. Total interview lasted for 6 hours.

ice break，pannel，group discussion，Q&A. HR was nice to answer any questions. They pay attention to your active behavior instead of professional ability. Compared with contributing to the group discussion, having a good personal presentation is preferred by them. And they have Cantonese requirement.
