The process was quite straightforward and in line with other big 4:
- 1h in a meeting with the HR responsible
- 1h technical in a meeting with team manager.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at PwC (Calcutta)
Interview
Two rounds of technical interview and then Hr discussion with negotiotion and all further to that documentation and offer. It is smooth. Preparation is required before appearing into any Big 4 interview.
4 rounds (HR-Manager with case - Senior Manager with Case - Partner). HR was very proactive giving feedback quick. Final round took a lot of time to receive feedback. The interviews were ok to manage.
The process is smooth and well defined rounds of interview:
1. Telephonic conversation with the recruiter 10-15 mins
2. Technical Round with Hiring manger 35-40 mins
3. HR round 30 mins
